It was recorded in 2016 for and was produced by Chris Loco. The song is also alternatively titled "Stuck (Be the One)", not to be confused with "Be The One" which was released in 2015. A snippet of the second demo of the song was leaked on January 16, 2024. On the 11th March, 2025, a mash-up of Be The One together with this song was leaked as a snippet. The version 3 of the song leaked on the 12th March, 2025 alongside and the original files for "Requiem Lights", "The Truth" and "You Boy",
